De grote hotelketen Fletcher Hotels wordt overgenomen door Sunday PropTech, een internationale hoteloperator en vastgoedeigenaar van premium hotels. Fletcher meldt dat er overeenstemming is bereikt over de overname van 100 procent van Fletcher van eigenaar Egeria en het management van Fletcher.
Fletcher, opgericht in 1997, is naar eigen zeggen de grootste hotelgroep van Nederland met 170 hotels.
