बैंक के रिकॉर्ड से ट्रांजैक्शन ID गायब शिकायत में कहा गया है कि बैंक की इंटरनल टीम अपनी ब्रांच, इंटरनेट या मोबाइल बैंकिंग चैनल या किसी दूसरे बैंकिंग चैनल से हुए 187 ट्रांजैक्शन में से किसी का भी पता नहीं लगा पा रही है।
बैंक ने आगे कहा कि ट्रांजैक्शन में भुगतानकर्ता (Payers) के तौर पर पहचाने गए अकाउंट सेंट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के नहीं थे।
