MANILA, Philippines — The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will continue to bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Palawan, the Visayas and parts of Mindanao, while the trough of former typhoon Rosal will affect parts of extreme northern Luzon, the state weather bureau said Saturda
